Whenever we interview a new office cleaning customer to document all their needs and reasons for hiring a new office cleaning company the major points are usually the same. Glass panels and glass doors have fingerprints all over them. Vents are not dusted regularly. Cubicles are not being dusted as specified in the office cleaning contract. There is one thing we have learned, if the high surfaces like vents and exposed ductwork are not dust free, then dust will accumulate and spread much faster on surfaces such as cubicles and desks. The third most common issue is bathrooms are not being cleaned properly. These are the visible items that come up. Oddly enough the most important thing is sanitizing. Therefore, it is easy to gloss over properly sanitizing surfaces. That is why we have a training program dedicated to touch point cleaning and sanitizing. We don’t just clean, we sanitize.
